ASES operates high quality out-of-school time programs in grades
1-6. Students stay on campus from when the last bell rings up
until 6:00 pm every school day. They are provided with a
nutritious snack, enrichment opportunities and homework
assistance through our professional staff of Team Leaders and
support staff.
For those parents and community members interested in a fun way
to stay healthy, Ethel Phillips PTA has partnered with a group
that provides Zumba three nights per week to the community for a
small fee. Contact the office for exact times and
prices.
To report your student’s absence, please complete this
webform or call the office at (916) 395-4565.
Read each option thoroughly and select the reason that best
describes your student’s absence. Please note that office staff
may call to verify as necessary.
Allow 1-2 school days for attendance to be processed.
