About Our After School Program
Ethel Phillips is pleased to work with the Sacramento Chinese Community Service Center (The Center) and their After School Enrichment & Safety (ASES) program.
ASES operates high quality out-of-school time programs in grades 1-6. Students stay on campus from when the last bell rings up until 6:00 pm every school day. They are provided with a nutritious snack, enrichment opportunities and homework assistance through our professional staff of Team Leaders and support staff.
