For Parents

Parent & Caregiver Resources

Below are just a few of the many resources available to parents, caregivers, and families.  For more information on these or other resources, visit our Student Support Center in Room B8 or call 916-395-4565 x 214118

Report Suspected Bullying

To report suspected bullying at your child’s school, return the attached completed form to our Principal.

In July 2011, SCUSD launched a comprehensive bullying prevention program focused on reducing bullying and harassment of students district-wide. The program is designed to address the issue of bullying systemically and follows the district’s strategic plan on bullying prevention developed in August 2011.

SCUSD’s Health Services division is an excellent resource for parents seeking information on new immunization laws, and/or help with immunizations for students.

Authorization to give medication at school

If at anytime your child needs to take medicine at school during this school year this form will need to be filled out by you and your child’s doctor.

Immigration Resources

Ethel Phillips is proud to be a part of Sacramento City Unified School District’s “Safe Haven” declaration.  We care for and want to educate ALL of our students and families!  The District’s Safe Haven page has many resources for students and families.

Our Student Support Center is also a great resource for any families seeking information on issues related to immigration.  They are in room B8 and available Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
