To report suspected bullying at your child’s school, return the
attached completed form to our Principal.
In July 2011, SCUSD launched a comprehensive bullying prevention
program focused on reducing bullying and harassment of students
district-wide. The program is designed to address the issue of
bullying systemically and follows the district’s strategic plan
on bullying prevention developed in August 2011.

Health Services division is an excellent resource for parents
seeking information on new immunization laws, and/or help with
immunizations for students.
Ethel Phillips is proud to be a part of Sacramento City Unified

want to educate ALL of our students and families! The

has many resources for students and families.
Our Student Support Center
is also a great resource for any families seeking information on
issues related to immigration. They are in room B8 and
available Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Programa Alternativo Bilingüe también conocido como Programa
Bilingüe de Transición Temprana. Este programa se está
implementando actualmente en la escuela Elemental Ethel Phillips
del Distrito Escolar de Sacramento.
La meta del Programa de Transición Bilingüe es la transición de
los estudiantes a clases de solamente ingles en el cuarto grado y
adelante.
