Ethel Phillips PTA needs your help! As we begin to raise
more funds and set goals, we search for more members that will
help us come up with new ideas and to make events enjoyable for
all of our community.
Join us for our monthly meetings. The third Tuesday of
each month is set aside for the PTA meetings, in our school
library. Meetings vary in time of day from 2:30 (after
school) or 5:30 (early evening). If you prefer one of these
times, please give us your input.
Friday mornings in the Parent Resource room we offer parents an
opportunity to participate as volunteers by completing tasks for
various teachers while enjoying the company of some other parents
and coffee. If you are interested, please visit the
front office as we open between 8:15 and 8:30. Most tasks
are done and turned in by 10 am.
Para todos los padres que buscan una manera de ayudar en el
salón, vengan al salón 13 que es el salón de recursos para los
padres. Los viernes en la manana tenemos trabajos de los
maestros para ayudar en guarderle tiempo ha los padres.

describes your student’s absence. Please note that office staff
may call to verify as necessary.

Ethel Phillips tiene varios programas y recursos disponibles para
los estudiantes y sus familias. Un programa especial es el
Programa Alternativo Bilingüe también conocido como Programa
Bilingüe de Transición Temprana. Este programa se está
implementando actualmente en la escuela Elemental Ethel Phillips
del Distrito Escolar de Sacramento.
La meta del Programa de Transición Bilingüe es la transición de
los estudiantes a clases de solamente ingles en el cuarto grado y
adelante.
